Hay! Did you guys have fun tonight? Whaaat?! What if you weren't able to make it tonight? Don't worry, here's a recap of tonight to keep you up to date and let you know about everything you missed. :D
Thanks to everyone who came to church at 7:00 pm and prayed for the Hikoi night. Jonny (aka Mr. President) started the very first meeting of the year by introducing Hikoi and its meaning. Everyone was split up into 6 different teams and thanks to our games director Naomi Low, we played 6 games all around the church. The games were all challenging, as we had to jump rope, play horseshoes, eat & whistle, put together a puzzle, show amazing teamwork through a penny toss, and practice our chopstick technique. In the end, the purple and green teams showed the most teamwork. (^-^ but the pink team was pretty awesome too) We ended the night with cookies, ice cream, and soda... because Hikoi is totally healthy like that :/
If you came tonight, make sure to come back next week for more fun and fellowship! And if you weren't able to make it, don't worry. We still have a lot more in store for this year and you should definitely try to come as much as possible. Hope you guys had a fun first night at Hikoi cuz it was super fun!
